It's Easy, It's Simple, It's Coffee - The CJM

WHY are "CJMs" So Important to Your Success??

The quick answer - because they work fast and  extremely well!!

Even though there are different ways to build your Organo Gold (OG) business, the fastest way by a long shot, that the top income earners in OG are finding is with "Coffee and Jazz Mixers," better known as CJMs.

Now, before you say, "hey, I thought online was the best way to build an MLM business these days," let me explain WHY personal meetings (especially with "coffee" makes excellent business sense and why CJMs (also know as home parties, OG Coffee DVD premiers, private business receptions, office parties and coffee businesses, hotel meetings, off-line marketing, etc) are blowing away online marketing - not that online marketing can't be used in conjunction with off-line.  It can and should be. Our team teaches you how to blend the two for faster success.

The majority of these CJMs are done at people's homes, and yes, there are many different ways to find prospects locally other than just inviting family and friends, so don't worry, we'll show you several.

Many people are also experiencing great success with home-based business "offices" they set up locally where several OG business partners share the expenses of a local office and use it as a central meeting place for opportunity meetings and training. You may want to consider opening up one with some other distributors in your area.

Many of the most successful people at OG are people who had very little success with online networking in the past (many were not even coffee drinkers), but now have found that because this is amazing "coffee," off-line marketing is working for them extremely well and has become very lucrative.

I'm talking average people earning an extra $500, $2,500 and $10,000 monthly, and several actually earning in excess of $30,000 to a "few" earning over $100,000 MONTHLY within a year, and one independent distributor (like us) earning over $500,000 MONTHLY after like 18 months or so in the business. Of course these are hard workers but now have build the "time" and "financial' freedom that gives them the ability to do many things they could not have done just a year ago.  Heck, they can now take a month long vacation and in most cases, earn more in that month goofing off  than they did the month before working. That's what true residual income offers. The ability to "fire your boss."

Yeah, I know, this is crazy money and these figures are hard to even fathom for most people, but it's happening and OG is quickly becoming one of the fastest growing home-based business of all time. Why? Well, the compensation plan is probably the best one in the industry, but more importantly, because it's - COFFEE, the #1 social drink in the world!!  And, we're CRUSHING the juices big-time!!

"In-person" marketing is just a natural way to market coffee, that is until they find a way to pour the coffee thru your computer I guess. When somebody comes over to your home you ask them if you can get them a cup of coffee, not if you can get them a shot of your new super-juice because that's all you can afford. The high priced  MLM juices are not duplicatable by the masses. Coffee on the other-hand, is very duplicatable and that's why OG is the near perfect home-based business opportunity, and much easier and better than any of the juices, travel, or technical products and services opportunities.  

Even though we also teach you several online methods of finding new prospects and customers, you want to immediately get your new prospects off-line, either on the phone or an in-person meeting (be it individual or group). This is where the "relationship" building happens and is the glue that builds your business much bigger and faster. And, keeps it together much longer.

Yes, online and off-line can work well together!!  You can use online (and off-line) to find prospects and customers, then off-line to build the friendship, close them, and keep them. And, of course email can help keep the relationship going as well, but the phone or personal contact is critical to your long-term success. You do want this to be your "last" business, don't you?

The big network marketing/MLM companies thrive because of their distributor's successful home parties. There is no better way to present your business to a bunch of people than having a CJM. Sure, online webinars and phone conference calls can work very well, but they are not nearly as "sticky" (meaning the bond of local like-minded people building a business together is supreme), and no matter what the people who sell all the online marketing stuff say, probably always will be.

CJMs are fun also (or should be) and you get to many more people than one-on-one presentations. Prospects are more likely to say yes to your presentation when other people find your our opportunity and products of value.

The hardest thing about having a home party is inviting people, but our team has made that easier for you with things like a: phone script, email and letter invite and postcards). Make sure to "always" follow up the email, letter, or postcards with a phone call.

Once people are at your home (or office or hotel meeting. Some people even use a back room for free at a local restaurant), you will use the Organo Gold  DVD or Power Point presentation to present the opportunity and products.  Just do it and you can watch your business flourish along with a solid healthy weekly and monthly residual income.

We like to get new OG distributors to commit to doing one CJM a week for 4 weeks.  If they have a local sponsor, that person can help with the CJM. If not, just pop in the Organo Gold DVD and/or Power Point (you can download here) or simply just share about the company, products and compensation plan. Always ask people to buy at least a box on their way out, even if they are not interested in the business.

Once you have people confirmed that they will be attending your home party, start to plan. Clean and organize the room you will be using. Once the room is clean put out some extra chairs and make the room as comfortable as possible. Do not spend a lot of money on refreshments. If people join your business you do not want to give them the impression that it will cost them a lot of money to do the same thing.  Remember, the "OG" products are the star of the show, not you.

You want to make yourself duplicatable while keeping things simple. You will also notice that the host (if you're hosting it) doesn't have to worry about speaking much at all. You'll let the DVD or Power Point or the opportunity call (on a speaker phone) do the work for you. This will show your prospects how SIMPLE your OG business is to duplicate.

Before your prospects arrive, have some light jazz or soft music playing in the background. When your guests get to your home, greet them warmly and offer them an OG product (coffee, tea or hot chocolate).  make sure you have plenty on-hand, both for the guests to sample, to sell after the meeting at retail, and to sell the new distributors who join you and need product immediately. Note: You can retail the products for up to 100% your cost for those not joining the business.  And, usually you'll want to sell those who do join the business (and will be waiting for their packs to come) a box of the black and a box of the latte (at your wholesale cost) to get them started.

Start promptly at the designated time. The guests who arrived early or on time are expecting the presentation to begin so don't make them wait.

Some Quick "DO's": dress neat but casual, maybe provide some healthy snacks, pre-place the DVD in the DVD player or set up the Power Point before guests arrive, ask any new reps (if they join you at the end of the night) to set their own home parties to happen within the next 10 days. Make sure to ask guests to turn their cell phones off or put them on vibrate, the home phone also. Do not allow kids or pets in the presentation or to interrupt it.

Some Quick "Do NOTS": Don't interrupt/correct presenter/host (if you have a guest presenter)! Don't read body language and pre-judge people's interest level! Don't mention no-shows, or allow negative conversation!  Do not cook meals, order cheese platters, or serve alcohol.  Don't give out flyers or other reading material before presentation is over!  Don't promote other businesses!  Don't forget to ask who wants to book their own CJM!  This is the most important part!

Starting Your Home Presentation:

1. RELATE (Intro) - (Turn music off, stand in front of room, hold this sheet in your hand and relate to the audience using 3 things most important to people...Time, Money, Health)

 "Hello everyone my name is "your name" and I want to thank you for coming out. There is a lot going on in the world and we find ourselves running around and not getting where we want to go."

TIME: "We don't have enough time to spend with family and friends" (raise your own hand..the "me too" response, if it's true)

MONEY: "We are thankful for our jobs, but some of us are not really getting paid what we are worth..."

HEALTH: "And most importantly, I'm sure you would agree that our health is more important than anything."
